Nice work. But why the next door neighbour if you don't mind me asking?

I remember the first time I told. I was so anxious that it felt like my jugulars were going to burst out of my neck.

LOL... The world sure is filled with funny people... On another thread, a question was asked about how "friends will react" if they admitted thier bi-sexuality to them... I answered something like, "I lost a few friends but was surprised at the support from the others and a few surprises about some of them"... I guess you have a "new" friend...!?!?!? :paw::paw:

I know the feeling! Years ago a beautiful stewardess, who I knew, told me she came out to a lady friend and, to her surprise, they became lovers. A couple of years after that, I came out to a friend, who I'd known for about 6 years. To my surprise, he'd been curious since he was a kid, but had never acted on his feelings! I never suspected him and he didn't suspect me.......soon after, we became lovers, too! For ten years, he was one of the best mm relationships I ever had!

Coming out to some folks would have had dire results for me, but the very few I've chosen to tell, have usually been OK with it. For me, that choice has served me well.

Wait a minute!

He didn't say everything was OK!

He just said he told the neighbor. Nothing about his reaction...other than he was shocked. Was he GOOD shocked, or BAD shocked?

There's more to this, that we don't know, yet!

You mean that the "He was too." could mean that the neighbor was also shocked, or it could mean that the neighbor was also bisexual. While the writing is ambiguous, I am betting that the intended meaning was that the neighbor was also bisexual.
