We have a similar device, ours has two types of inserts. I like the larger one, like the one in the picture and she prefers the thinner. But it works great, I also installed a diverter valve so you can adjust the flow level.

I cut one end off an old rubber washing machine supply hose. There is no metal reinforcing in it. The laundry tub has hose thread on the faucet, and the toilet is right next to it.

I always wanted to design a two hose design that had one hose for a water sprayer on the outside and tip, and a larger hollow center for a waste hose. But I lack the skills.

I can't see how it would be wide enough to effectively allow drainage and still be comfortable but if you figure it out let me know. I just used the good ole fashioned hot water bottle douche setup and it works great.

My GF has a bedey in her home and talked me into having one installed in my home this summer. I must admit I've grown to love it! Leaves you squeaky clean like paper never can - which is a must if rimming or ass play is part of your regular play. I find myself holding my movements until I get home because I've learned to like being so clean - sorry, paper simply smears things and you're never 100% clean.
