Thanks for this info. I might have to get my PCP to prescribe me a 5mg daily dose. I had a prostatectomy and things have been vastly different from prior to the surgery. I have used Cialis but in the 20mg dose. The side effects (headache, back aches for 2+ days) have been problematic. While the Cialis has worked to varying degrees for my erections, I find the side effects not worth the trouble.

Do you have any side effects from the 5mg dose. I am guessing you had mild ED issues and now the 5mg dose is sufficient to make things right again for you. I don't know if a small dose like that will overcome my more severe ED but I'm curious to see.
